The Change Agent

Winner: Shockwave Medical

Lytho recognizes Lexi Olson and the Shockwave Medical organization for transitioning their brand team and broader marketing team from email-based communication to the Lytho platform.

The initiative involved onboarding over 40 stakeholders and a full creative team across the globe, accommodating a ~50% year-over-year team growth.

Winner: Old National Bank

Lytho recognizes Chrysanne Rogers, Andrea Wendorf, and the Old National Bank organization for their innovative use of Lytho’s calendar feature to track their Owned & Operated Assets.

By creating a comprehensive calendar within Lytho, they have enhanced visibility into assets across various channels and maximized their available inventory.

The Data Decoder

Winner: Alcon

Lytho recognizes Katherine Kennedy, Heather Schmidt, Sharon Brumley, and the Alcon organization for extracting insights from Lytho to make an assessment on areas where the team needed additional support.

They were able to put forward a business case, backed by data, that would result in expanding their video department.

The Visionary

Winner: NextEra Energy

Lytho recognizes Chrystal Otundo, Kelly Ferguson, Eileen Deex, Eve McConnell, and the Fuze Branding team at NextEra Energy for their remarkable transformation from a traditional creative services team into a branded, full-service in-house creative agency known as Fuze.

This re-envisioning focused on three main areas: People, Process, and Technology. By merging their creative and video production teams, they redefined their identity and united under the Fuze brand.

Through Lytho’s workflow management platform, they rolled out Fuze with a multi-channel approach, including: a website, handbooks, how-to guides, videos, a sizzle reel, a full roadshow with branded swag, hosting a national in-house agency event for networking and sharing best practices, multiple trainings, orientation sessions, and more.

Every team member, from creative designers and video producers to strategists and project managers, collaborated to create a cohesive brand identity, develop promotional materials, and launch internal communications that introduced Fuze to the company.
